What is the shipping method?
We ship all orders via An Post for next day delivery in Ireland. International orders are shipped with An Post Partners and DHL.
Can I return or exchange Snugabugz baby booties if they don't fit?

What size do you recommend?
Please see below for our bootie and sock size charts.
We recommend going with the correct size bootie (not sizing up) for the best fit and to ensure they stay on! We recommend measuring the length of your baby’s foot from heel to toe and then referencing our size chart for the correct size.
We recommend you wash your socks before wearing to ensure optimal sizing & fit. As you will find with all socks, our socks reduce in size slightly after the first wash as washing tightens the knit.
Are Snugabugz booties suitable for daily wear?
Our booties are designed with a soft and spacious fit, providing ample support for growing little feet, making them suitable for everyday wear.
What materials are Snugabugz socks and booties made from?
Both our socks and booties are made from GOTS Certified Organic Cotton, providing the highest standard of quality and sustainability.
Are Snugabugz products free from phthalates?
Yes! All of the silicons used on our non-slip grip soles are free from Phthalates (nasty chemicals you wouldn't want near to your little one’s delicate skin).
Are Snugabugz products safe for baby's delicate skin?
Yes, all of our products are OEKO-TEX® 100 Certified, ensuring they are safe for baby’s delicate skin.
Are Snugabugz baby booties and socks machine washable?
Yes. Snugabugz socks and booties are machine washable at 30 degrees Celsius. We recommend using a gentle cycle and popping them in a garment care bag to save you losing a sock in the machine! Air drying is best to maintain their quality.
Do Snugabugz baby booties come in different sizes?
Yes, our baby booties are available in a range of sizes from new-born to 18 months to fit infants and toddlers comfortably. Please refer to our size chart for the best fit.
Are Snugabugz baby booties suitable for outdoor use?
While our baby booties are primarily designed for indoor use, the non-slip soles provide traction on various surfaces. However, we recommend using caution on wet or uneven outdoor terrain.

What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards Revolut and Shop Pay. All payments will be charged in EURO. Currency calculator on site is only an estimation.
Customs/VAT Charges
International shipments may be subject to local taxes and import duties when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You or the gift recipient are responsible for payment of any such taxes and import duties. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Where are Snugabugz baby socks and baby booties made?
Our adorable socks and booties are lovingly designed by a mother of three little ones right here in Ireland and brought to life by our trusted partner in Istanbul, Turkey. We're passionate about quality, safety, sustainability, and reducing our carbon footprint.
Why Turkey, you ask? Well, it happens to be the closest hub for premium textile manufacturing specializing in children's sock production. After a meticulous selection process, we found the perfect partner who aligns perfectly with our brand values. They meet our strict criteria for quality, sustainability, fair trade, and hold both GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and OEKO-TEX certifications. We consciously opted against selecting a lower-cost supplier situated on the opposite side of the globe, as it does not align with our brand's core values.
What does this mean for you and your little one?
It means that every Snugabugz product is made from certified organic cotton, thoroughly tested, and free from harmful dyes and nasty phthalates. They are safe and comfortable to wear for even the most delicate, sensitive skin. Our prints are created using 100% baby-safe water-based dyes from the Mimaki Brand. And all our snaps are nickel-free, ensuring complete safety for your little one.
